Before the deal
Review the market, site conditions, zoning, access, supply, environmental factors, rates, and early feasibility so the client can decide whether a property is worth more time and money.
Schedule a call Owner-side judgment
Ideal Partners Group works with owners, developers, investors, and operators who need experienced judgment before they commit capital, accept a bid, or move a project into construction.
IPG brings development, feasibility, preconstruction, and field execution experience to the client's side of the table. The work is practical: clarify the site, define the scope, compare the right numbers, coordinate the right people, and keep decisions tied to what can actually be built.
Clients bring IPG in when a project needs more than opinions. They need clear review, direct coordination, and construction experience applied early enough to make a difference.
Where IPG adds value
Review the market, site conditions, zoning, access, supply, environmental factors, rates, and early feasibility so the client can decide whether a property is worth more time and money.
Help turn a concept into a clearer scope. IPG supports layout review, engineering coordination, buildability questions, budget assumptions, and bid comparison before pricing drives the wrong decision.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, approvals, schedules, field issues, closeout items, and turnover details so the project keeps moving with fewer surprises.
Experience that carries into the work
Managed-work perspective
IPG's leadership has worked across construction operations, preconstruction, estimating, facility planning, public and private projects, institutional work, storage developments, solar structures, and nationwide carport programs.
That background matters because early project decisions are rarely isolated. A site review affects layout. Layout affects pricing. Pricing affects contractors. Contractor decisions affect schedule, approvals, field coordination, closeout, and turnover.
IPG helps clients connect those decisions before the project becomes harder and more expensive to change.
Leadership
Construction Operations
Paul brings more than 35 years of construction experience, including senior operations leadership for nationwide RV and boat storage, solar, and standard carport installations.
His background includes oversight of more than $60 million in annual project volume, along with public, private, and institutional construction work across schools, hospitals, libraries, churches, transportation facilities, multifamily housing, BART stations, and government buildings.
Preconstruction & Estimating
Joven brings more than 35 years of construction and facility management experience, with senior preconstruction leadership across solar structures, carports, RV storage, data centers, hospitals, and active operating facilities.
His work has included bid review, design coordination, estimating, proposal development, project planning, and construction implementation programs for sensitive environments where the client's ongoing operations cannot be ignored.
Bring IPG in earlier
The best time to bring construction judgment into a project is before the site, scope, bid, or schedule forces the next decision. IPG helps clients slow down the right questions early so the work can move faster later.
Whether the project is still a property under review, a layout in progress, a bid package in question, or an active construction job, IPG helps turn scattered inputs into clearer next steps.
